Why does someone need to aspire for a co-founder for his or her startup?

There are several fundamental traits required to aspire for a co-founder for one's start-up: 

1.  First of all it takes a lot of courage, to aspire to be a co-founder.

2.  This can only be done by a person, who is humble enough to push his/er ego aside; behind a broader purpose. 

3.  Because when one understands that I am omniscient and can do everything; he can never aspire to be a co-founder even in his dreams.

4.  Someone, who knows about him/er that; although I am definitely an expert in my field but in many other areas; I am just a layman; can’t figure out everything else efficiently; only that person can aspire to be a co-founder.
